Internet Connection Troubleshooting

If you are having Internet connection problems the first thing to try is powering off the your wireless router and the PoE injector (power supply) for the outdoor unit.  The injector is usually located on the floor under your computer desk and has a single green light.  While the power is off you can check that all the cables are plugged in securely.  After powering the equipment back on it should take a minute or so for everything to reconnect.
